Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) is in the midst of a multitude of debates. A comprehensive transformation of CREM is required around Return to Office, Manage to Zero and much more.
Against this background, the Department of Real Estate Management and Construction Management at the Technical University of Darmstadt, is conducting a joint study with Ernst & Young Real Estate GmbH to examine what the current situation and future prospects of corporate real estate management in German corporates look like.
The CREM 2024 study is currently in the process. Once completed, you will find the most important results and the report for download here.
The current study follows on from a series of research that was carried out in early working papers at this real estate department. You can also download those reports for free.
